Senior Specialist - HR Operations

Our client is a leading organization in the agriculture sector, located in Nonthaburi. They seeking Senior Specialist HR Operations that will lead HR operations, contributing to process improvements and ensuring the integrity of our core HR systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle. The incumbent will be proficient in HR systems, payroll, benefits, and compliance, responsible for maintaining data integrity and providing support to our employees.Roles and Responsibilities:1. Employee Lifecycle & Engagement: Execute all administrative tasks associated with an employee's journey, from onboarding to off boarding. Support in new hire orientation and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Process all employee changes, including promotions, transfers, and terminations, ensuring all systems are updated accurately. Develop and coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work environment. Execute the complete exit process for departing employees with final settlements and Processing retiral benefits (if any). Act as the local administrator for the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). 2. Payroll and Benefits Administration: Process payroll on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all relevant regulations. Execute all employee benefits programs, including health, dental, and life insurances. Assisted with the annual open enrollment process by helping prepare communications, setting up systems, and supporting employee education sessions. Serve as a first point of contact for employees and vendors with questions about payroll and benefits, helping to provide clear and timely answers. 3. Compensation and Compliance: Support the collection and submission of data for annual salary surveys. Assist in sharing and explaining HR policies and procedures, answering employee questions as needed. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5-7 years of progressive experience in an HR operations or HR generalist role. Proven experience as an HRIS administrator or super-user. Strong quantitative and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google sheet (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, complex formulas) is essential. In-depth knowledge of payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance requirements. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service orientation.

Assistant Business Controller (1 Year Contract)

Our client is a leading organization in the agriculture sector, located in Nonthaburi, seeking an Assistant Business Controller (1-year contract) to join its finance and business control team. The role will focus on budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and cash flow planning, while also playing a key role in ERP system implementation and process improvements. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with strong analytical and project management skills to contribute to strategic initiatives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.Roles and Responsibilities: Support data for the monthly financial close process, including reviewing overall monthly Financial statements. Support in management reporting with the variance/result analysis for Balance sheet, Profit & Loss, OPEX and CAPEX spending Support financial information for quarterly Profit & Loss and Balance sheet forecast (YEE = Year-end Estimate) and annual Budgeting. Support preparation of cash flow forecast to Business Controller team Key person from Business Controller team to implement ERP. Participate in the ongoing development/establishment of accounting policies and procedures and operational strategies, including the reviewing and implementing of processes and system changes. Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices. Participate in strategic financial projects, including the implementation of ERP software.
