Supplier Account Management

Our client is a leading provider of high-quality aircraft containers, catering to the diverse needs of airlines worldwide. With a commitment to innovation, they set the benchmark for the airline industry, offering durable, reliable, and user-friendly products that ensure safe flight operations.

We are looking for a dynamic Supplier Account Management to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, and help the Sourcing Manager with negotiations.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact with suppliers, ensuring high standards in customer service
• Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the business
• Obtain and manage supplier agreements for purchasing contracts (NDA, Purchasing Agreement, Rebate, VMI)
• Continuously update the vendor lists
• Conduct price and project analysis
• Generate reports for management
• Manage the supplier onboarding process, ensuring necessary documentation and certifications
• Adhere to company procedures, work instructions, and regulations. Comply with environmental, health, and safety requirements
• Support the Sourcing Manager with RFQ when required

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business management, engineering, or related field
• At least 5 years’ experience with purchasing / supplier relationships / customer support
• Experience managing supplier relationships & database management
• Handy with Microsoft 365, especially Excel
• Proficient in English
• Excellent interpersonal skills, flexible, a good problem-solver; proactive
• Familiar with AS9001 or ISO 9001 standards
