Our client is a leading multinational in the industrial and factory automation sector, recognized for delivering advanced automation solutions, high-performance components, and exceptional technical support. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive commercial growth, develop key accounts, and lead a capable sales team across strategic industry segments. In this role, you will oversee sales performance within assigned regions or industry verticals. Your goal is to expand market share, build long-term customer partnerships, develop the sales team, and execute commercial strategies that support sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage sales activities within assigned territories or target industries to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
  • Develop strong relationships with key customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with regional and global leadership to align commercial strategy with overall business direction.
  • Coach, mentor, and support the sales team to strengthen capability and enhance performance.
  • Drive major account management, lead negotiations, and oversee the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and customer needs to support business decisions.
  • Ensure accurate pipeline forecasting, reporting, and regular CRM updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, order management, finance, and service to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Provide guidance on technical solutions and applications relevant to automation products and systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in B2B technical or industrial sales (experience in factory automation is an advantage).
  • Proven ability to manage customers in industrial sectors and lead commercial activities.
  • Strong leadership capability with experience managing or developing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong planning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good command of English; proficiency in Microsoft Office required; experience with CRM or ERP systems is a bonus.
