Controlling Manager

With a commitment to excellence, the company is at the forefront of aviation innovation. We are seeking a Controlling Manager to join this dynamic team. The Controlling Manager plays a vital role overseeing financial controls and reporting.
The ideal candidate has the expertise required to provide a comprehensive overview and analysis of key financial figures, to inform management’s strategic decision-making. The Controlling Manager’s analyses and forecasts will guide the company towards continued success.

Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed analysis of monthly results to management
• Support CFO with financial reporting presentations to stakeholders
• Provide top management with weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and KPIs
• Provide financial analysis of emerging trends and key insights to internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with other departments to achieve plant objectives and requirements, make improvements, and identify inefficiencies
• Prepare estimates, forecast, budget, Medium Term Plans, and P&L reports
• Achieve budgeting goals with proper scheduling, analysis, and corrective actions
• Develop or implement standard management control tools
• Validate Capex requests for various departments
• Support internal/external audits
• Coach, guide, and manage financial analysts and Human Capital reports
• Ensure on-time delivery and overall quality of financial reporting
• Maintain and update internal rules, policies & procedures in financial reporting and controls

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• At least 8 years relevant experience
• Must have 3-4 years of controlling experience in a manufacturing environment (international business environment preferred)
• Proactive personality and problem-solving mindset
• Flexible and able to handle short deadlines
• Familiar with ERP systems would be an advantage (SAP, LN)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Proficient in MS Office; advanced MS Excel and MS Power BI skills
• Strong knowledge of IFRS
