Head of Operations

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute operational strategies to optimize productivity, streamline processes, and enhance overall efficiency within the organization.
• Take charge of day-to-day operations, overseeing manufacturing, supply chain management, logistics, quality control, and inventory management.
• Foster collaboration across departments such as sales, marketing, finance, and R&D to align operational efforts with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction.
• Strategically allocate resources and plan capacities to meet production targets, minimize costs, and drive profitability.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancement, automation, and innovation to maintain a competitive edge and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and overseeing procurement activities to ensure supply chain resilience.
• Implement robust systems and technology infrastructure to support operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and business scalability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and ongoing growth.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance, identify trends, and spearhead strategic initiatives for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of driving operational excellence, process optimization, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and logistics operations within the beauty products industry or a similar field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis, performance metrics, and operational forecasting.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate a clear vision, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change.
